Common questions

About the money

Is the free chat really free?

Yes — up to 30 minutes, no obligation and no follow-up pestering. If I'm not the right accountant for you, I'll often point you to someone who is.

Do you take on "distressed" cases — years of unfiled returns?

Regularly, and without judgement. We'll agree a fixed fee for the catch-up work, deal with HMRC on your behalf, and set things up so it never happens again.

What if my needs change mid-year?

Upgrades and downgrades happen with one month's notice. If a change means less work for me, you pay less — the fee follows the work, not the contract.
